CHOSEN provides essential support programs for foster, adoptive, and kinship families across southeastern Wisconsin. Our family support programs are designed to meet real needs, strengthen families, and build lasting community.
Tangible, Emotional, and Spiritual Support
Our programs support foster and adopted children by meeting tangible needs such as clothing and essential items, while also offering emotional encouragement and spiritual care to help children and families thrive.
Financial Relief for Families
We help foster and adoptive families reduce financial stress by addressing specific, often costly needs associated with caring for children from the foster care system.
Community Building and Connection
CHOSEN brings foster and adoptive families together with local organizations, churches, and community partners to create a strong, supportive network rooted in collaboration and shared purpose.

“Chosen has been a necessary lifeline to my family while we’ve provided a loving home to foster children in the Milwaukee County area. On the flipside, whenever I have clothing that we no longer need, I know that by donating those items to Chosen, they will find a new foster home that is in need of those items. You really went above and beyond the call of duty in your efforts to help us have a very special Christmas when it seemed that there would be nothing.
