Since 2015, Chosen has gifted more than 75,000 essential items to over 700 families and partner organizations, serving 1,750 children in care across 14 Southeastern Wisconsin counties.

This includes more than 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies, 200 pieces of adaptive equipment and gift cards, and 1,000+ toys distributed through our annual Toypalooza outreach — each item given with dignity, care, and compassion.

But what we provide is more than material support — we strengthen families through three key focus areas:

Support

We meet tangible needs through our Family Closet and outreach programs, while also offering emotional and spiritual encouragement for foster, kinship, and adoptive families navigating complex journeys.

Education

We raise awareness about the realities of foster care and adoption, advocate for vulnerable children, and equip the broader community to respond with compassion and action.

Community

We create spaces where families feel known and supported through events, connection opportunities, and partnerships with trusted nonprofits and professionals who help meet specialized needs.
