Since 2015, Chosen has gifted more than 95,000 essential items to 775 families and partner organizations, serving 1,700 children in care across 15 Southeastern Wisconsin counties and beyond.

This includes more than 900 backpacks filled with school supplies, 310 pieces of adaptive equipment, gift cards, and scholarships, and 1,200+ toys distributed through our annual Toypalooza outreach. Each item is given with dignity, care, and compassion.

But what we provide is more than material support. We strengthen families through three key focus areas:

Support

We meet tangible needs through our Family Closet and outreach programs, while also offering emotional and spiritual encouragement for foster, kinship, and adoptive families navigating complex journeys.

Education

We raise awareness about the realities of foster care and adoption, advocate for vulnerable children, and equip the broader community to respond with compassion and action.

Community

We create spaces where families feel known and supported through events, connection opportunities, and partnerships with trusted nonprofits and professionals who help meet specialized needs.
