Chosen’s Non-Discrimination Policy

Chosen seeks to be the hands and feet of Jesus and in doing so provides services, assistance, and programs to ALL foster/adoptive children and families in need regardless of their: race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, gender identity and expression, marital or military status, or any individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Chosen does not, by policy or practice, discriminate against any person or group previously mentioned.

Chosen, being first and foremost a ministry, requires a statement of faith from anyone seeking to serve as a member of the Executive Board or as a staff member, as allowed under the religious organization exemption to the federal Title VII policy. Otherwise, Chosen is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against employees or other organizational members based on race, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, or an individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
